Fargo’s Angels Parade Committee

Fargo’s Angels is the new Conejo Valley Parade Committee founded by Wendy MacLeod in 2023. The members came together through a Facebook group created by Wendy called, Rescue the Conejo Valley Days Parade!

The group’s name will surely change after the success of this parade! Fargo’s Angel’s mission statement was taken from Donna Fargo’s memorial plaque that was once displayed at her home on Hillcrest Drive in Thousand Oaks. The word “History” was added: “Fargo’s Angels are dedicated to preserving the spirit and the history of the Conejo Valley.” Donna Fargo started the CVD parade in 1957 and dedicated her life to preserving the spirit of the Conejo Valley.

Donna Fargo’s famed 1930 Model A truck “Queenie” will be traditionally leading the parade with Stasia Simrall portraying Donna Fargo and The Conejo Valley Historical Society.
